Jay Owen founded Design Extensions in 1999 with the simple goal of becoming Jacksonville’s premier resource for web design, print layout, and online marketing. Over the past dozen years, we have expanded that vision to include clients from around the country.
But whether we’re designing a single-page website or a custom database with millions of users, our purpose remains the same: to provide the very best in value, service, and design. No matter what your project, big or small, you can be sure we’ll bring the passion and expertise to make it a success.

Jay and the staff at Design Extensions were amongst the first in the industry to take on web design and Internet marketing as serious endeavors. Because of this "head start" we got on most of the competition, we have become trusted partners in web design, content management systems, database driven sites, search engine optimization, copywriting, and online marketing in Jacksonville and beyond.

A Note from Owner Jay Owen
Since the beginning, I have built Design Extensions on a "service plus one" philosophy. That means, unlike a lot of creative and technology companies you can work with, we aim to exceed your expectations in quality, creativity, and communication. We know how frustrating it can be to wait for a call that doesn't come, or an e-mail that isn't answered, especially when you are pressed for time and information.
That's why we make it one of our core missions to return every e-mail within a couple of hours, and every call on the same day. It doesn't matter whether your project hasn't started yet, is in the process of coming together, or ended a while ago – you can count on us to be here when you need us.
